WHAT TO EXPECT

The 2020-21 ski season is almost upon us and we know that things will be different this year. We want to make sure our guests feel safe and prepared for any changes due to COVID-19. Please take a moment to review the updates below and please feel free to reach out to us at any time with questions.

GETTING HERE

When you arrive at Swain, please be sure to check-in. This is necessary for capacity tracking as well as contact tracing in the event of a COVID-19 case. If you are purchasing your lift tickets for the day, we will check you in at the ticket windows. However, if you have a season pass, please scan the QR codes posted around the lodge and outside or visit the link below the day of your visit.
