Shared Ski Adventures is SportsNet’s adaptive learn-to-ski and snowboard program held here, at Swain Ski Resort. Shared Ski Adventures (SSA) has existed as an organized program for almost 40 years, offering safe, affordable, high-quality ski opportunities to children and adults with disabilities. Skiers benefit from individualized lessons with trained, attentive, and caring instructors and the availability of adapted ski equipment.  Our team of dedicated volunteers, ensures positive successful experiences, on the snow, for individuals of all abilities.

DETAILS:

  • Complete and return the Application Form. It needs to be signed by your Physician.
  • Registration is Open between October 1st – November 30th
  • Registrations after November 30 will be processed in the order that they are received if space is available
  • There will be no registrations day of or during the season

Interested in volunteering?

We welcome all volunteers who want to help both on and off the hill, no ski experience is required and trainings are included for registered volunteers! The number of students we can enroll in the program is directly dependent upon the number of instructors we have registered, so the more instructors we have the more skiers we can help!
