Everything you need to do after purchasing your pass
You’re almost done! Your waiver was signed at checkout. If your account includes additional passholders, each person must have a waiver completed. Minors can be signed by the account holder, and adults will receive a prompt to sign their own.
*use the same email used in checkout for all waivers
Log in to the Aluvii Member Portal using the account holder’s email address from checkout. From there, you can manage account details and access each member linked to your pass. If you don’t know your password, select “Forgot Password?” on the login screen to reset it.
Each season pass requires a photo before it can be printed. From member portal >Update Account Info > Manage Members, select each person on your account and upload a clear, front-facing photo (no hats or sunglasses). Crop the image to a square and save your changes. Photos can be updated once every 180 days.
In your account you should see each member, their photo, and waiver. Season passes can be picked up at the ticket windows. First-time passholders must pick up their pass to ski for the remainder of this season. Returning passholders may pick up their printed pass beginning in November.
