PARENTS – If you are ordering online, don’t forget that we still need your MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION FORM and RENTAL FORM (if needed) via paper copy. If you don’t have these forms, please see your advisor.
All orders placed by November 1st will be sent to your school advisor. Orders placed after November 1st will be held at Swain Resort for pickup by your advisor or a parent.

Select-a-Night Passes are day specific so be sure to choose the day of the week that your child or yourself will be coming to Swain. Select-a-Night passes are valid on that day from 3pm – close. Peak Select-a-Night Passes are Thurs-Sat. Non-Peak Select-a-Night Passes are Sun-Wed. Be sure to upload a photo of your child’s picture with your season pass purchase.
We offer Payment Plans!
Payment plans are available for season passes. Payments will be made in two installments. The first payment will be made on the day of purchase. The second payment will be automatically debited on November 15th. There are no additional fees for choosing a payment plan through school club programs.
